Let's Make Ramen ๐ Noodles๐

These saucy " Ramen Noodles" Are:
- Coated in a thick & tasty sauce (you easily adjust the seasoning and flavours to your liking)
- Easy to make ๐ ( you'll only need a few basic ingredients and 20 minutes or less)
These noodles have also become a staple for those really busy days๐ค

You will only need 20 minutes or even less to prepare this yummy and easy noodles⏳๐ฅ
Prepare & cooking the noodles๐ด
Tips for chew ๐ noodles๐
- Since we'll be cooking down the noodles in the sauce later on, I like to slightely under cook my noodles
- You can cook your noodles arround 2 minutes less than the package instructions
Types of ๐ noodles what we need to ramen?
- I used " Maggi, prima, kottu mee, instant Noodles ๐ sauce packets (so you can use any type of noodles in desired quantity)
Tips to chewy noodles ๐ ๐?
I cook the noodles in a pot( alluminium vessel) with water๐ฆ untill they're half cooked & still verry chewy
This way I still get chewy noodle ๐ even after cooking then down in the sauce
I drain out the water to keep the noodles chewy & so they don't over cook ๐
You can also run then through cold ❄️ water๐ฆ if, you'd like.
But I ๐prefer to just transfer then dirrectly in to the sauce later on
The sauce & other Ingredients
Need some really simple ingredients ๐๐
You'll need for the sauce
- Room temperature water ๐ฆ
- Soya souce-(adjust according to desired taste)
- Dark soya sauce - (optional for colour)
- Corn ๐ฝ starch
- Maple syrup-(sugar or other liquid sweetener, adjust according to desired sweetness)
- Vinegar or lemon ๐ juice
- Ground pepper
- Chilie garlic sauce
- Sesame oil
(mix theese ingredients verry well& tempered a few minutes)
Now we're done making our sauce ๐ค๐
Now Let's see what we want

Now we need
- Tempered carrots๐ฅ & leeks(or really any other veggies you'd like๐)
- Boilled mushrooms ๐
- Fried potatto ๐ฅ slicess
- Parcely or minchy leaves☘️
- Dry cashews
- Peanuts๐ฅ
I simply heated a nonstick pan and sauteed the carrots and leeks in some olive oil to tempered those veggies (in addition to the carrots and leeks you like, if you add the things I mentioned above, put them in to the oil to tempered๐)
After that,
I poured in the sauce and left it to simmer over medium heat ๐ฅ
It'll slowly thicke from the starch
After words, I added the half cooked noodles in to the sauce ๐
Mixed it all together to evenly coat in the sauce
To finish our dish ๐ค,
I topped my Noodles with some
Raw carrot & raw leeks(cut in to small pieces)
Dry cashews
Parcely and lettuce
Peanuts
Fried garlic slicess
To deccorate our dish ๐
